Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead our water and sanitation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project teams, planning and executing projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in the consulting industry, with a strong technical ability and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring engineering and design work complies with regulatory, licenses and permits, industry standards, and customer engineering and technical requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in strategic planning and resourcing efforts for water and sanitation projects.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and manage mentorship programs for junior engineers.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory, licenses and permits, industry standards, and customer engineering and technical requirements.
