About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Room Service Server. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
