Job Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team at Capital Recruit. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Manage the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Team Management and Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • Media and Public Relations:
    • Manage relationships with media partners, affiliates, and other external stakeholders to secure media coverage and partnerships.
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.
    • Manage crisis communications and issues management.
  • Social Media and Content Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with target audiences and build brand awareness.
    • Manage content creation and distribution across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
