ERP Specialist Job Description

The ERP Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's Information Systems. As a key member of the Boardroom Appointments team, you will be responsible for providing IT-related support to all employees, monitoring and maintaining the ERP systems, and controlling user access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Control user access to the ERP systems and ensure that all users have the necessary permissions and training to use the systems effectively.
  • Provide training to users on the use of the ERP systems, including financial, distribution, and manufacturing modules.
  • Develop and implement business processes and procedures to ensure efficient use of the ERP systems.
  • Support the integration of the ERP systems with other interfaces and ensure that all systems are working seamlessly together.
  • Create and maintain customized reports using MS SQL, Syspro reporting service, and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Syspro Certification
  • Relevant IT Qualification
  • MCITP SQL Certification (preferred)
  • 3 years Syspro System Administration experience
  • Syspro Functional experience, including financial, distribution, and manufacturing modules
  • User training experience
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with integrating Syspro with other interfaces
  • Advanced Excel
  • End User Syspro Support and Training experience
