Job Title: Property Portfolio Officer

About the Role:
Sheldon Recruitment and Selection is seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing plans and budgeting to meet growth targets
  • Ensuring all records are updated and accurate
  • Attending and minuting HOA and BC meetings
  • Responding to owner queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Preparing annual budgets and ensuring levy clearance certificates
  • Signing off of invoices and raising utility charges
  • Credit control for complexes
  • Preparing and distributing monthly reports to trustees
  • Ensuring effective management of properties in line with legislation
  • Managing and enforcing house and conduct rules
  • Regular site visits and appointment/performance control of service providers
  • Ensuring expenditure is in line with budgets and overseeing complex upkeep
  • Business unit and variance reports
  • Oversleeping municipal processes and preparing budgets
  • Managing corporate social investment activities and ensuring cost savings
  • Staff management, work allocation, and process analysis
  • Managing community development activities and ensuring cost savings
  • Ensuring quality adherence, EE plan, and WSP

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 with a Degree/Diploma in Management
  • UCT Sectional Title/HOA Management course advantageous
  • Registered with PPRA and holding a valid FFC advantageous
  • 3+ years experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes/HOAs/Complex Management
  • Staff management experience and MS Office literacy
  • Valid drivers license and good communication skills

Salary: R23,000.00 per month CTC
