Main Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    • Collaborate with product owners, managers, developers, and end-users to clarify business goals and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand processes and design solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
    • Analyze current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Create clear business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
    • Maintain regular communication with development teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented accurately.
    • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and assist in creating user guides.
    • Document development requirements as epics, features, and stories for software teams.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to confirm requirements with stakeholders and align expectations.
    • Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to requirements, project scope, and key deliverables.
  • Support Development & Testing Phases
    • Work closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Define testing criteria in collaboration with quality assurance (QA) teams and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
    • Validate that delivered features meet requirements and provide final sign-off on features post-delivery.
