Job Summary

As a SAP Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP QM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP QM, MM, WM, SD, and BC modules, as well as experience in project planning, quality control, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of SAP QM module activities to align with the company's strategic roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the SAP QM module.
  • Evaluate, document, and prioritize new requirements for the SAP QM module.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing and managing new processes to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in QA practices and risk identification to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating the product budget for the SAP QM module.
  • Collaborate with the IT product team and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum NQF 7 qualification in Information Technology or relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP QM, MM, WM, or SD modules.
  • Ability to debug SAP ABAP and knowledge of Supply Chain processes will be beneficial.
