Enhance Brand Representation and Sales Training


Cosine Group is recruiting a Brand Ambassador to drive advocacy for Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services in new build developments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver tailored presentations and training sessions to increase awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic's services among sales teams.
  • Research sites and create coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of the activity, including setting appointments with key stakeholders.
  • Collect net promoter scores from visited sites to measure the impact of training.
  • Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to refine offerings and messaging.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region.
  • Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle.
  • Happy to wear a branded uniform.

  • Detailed information about the role, including compensation and benefits, will be provided to selected candidates.
  • Candidates must be able to work 4 days a week, 7.5 hours per day, with flexible working hours.
