Global SAP DMLT Consultant for Strategic Transformation

We're seeking an experienced SAP DMLT Consultant to drive strategic transformation in our clients' organizations.
About the Role
As a key member of our Data Management and Landscape Transformation team, you'll be responsible for leading complex data migration projects to SAP S/4HANA, leveraging our expertise in customer engagement, solution design, and delivery. Your main tasks will include:
- Identifying customer business needs and designing bespoke solutions from the DMLT portfolio and beyond.
- Leading customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases, architecting potential solution designs, and driving delivery remotely and onsite.
- Conducting feasibility studies and system analyses using SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Closely collaborating with colleagues across various roles and establishing trustful relationships with Market Unit colleagues and customers.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree or equivalent relevant job experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP consulting experience in customer engagement roles, preferably international.
- Strong networking skills, a positive customer-centric work attitude, and experience working with SAP Customers from diverse industry segments.
- A sound understanding of SAP ECC/S4HANA data models and processes in at least two application modules – SAP Finance, Controlling MM, SD, PP, PM.
- Experience leading complex data migration projects to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong exposure to positioning services in the area of data migrations, data transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off. We serve SAP customers in managing their data and transforming their landscapes, focusing on fast-track data migration and transition to the Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES), as well as managing business challenges that come with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
