Sydsen Uthintane (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Design Expert to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in BIM modelling and MEP design.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed MEP design models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. They will collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma/bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, and at least 5-7 years of experience in BIM modelling and MEP design, with at least 3 years in a senior role. They must be proficient in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling and documentation.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced MEP design expert looking to take their career to the next level. The salary for this position is estimated to be between R650,000 - R850,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
