Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed MEP design models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in generating technical drawings, diagrams, and documentation for construction and design teams.
  • Support senior designers and engineers by providing model updates and revisions based on project feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in BIM modelling and MEP design, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, for MEP modelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
