Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Software Scrum Master with a strong background in the Life Insurance sector. This role is designed for a professional who is adept at guiding software development teams through the Agile process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Agile Scrum process, adhering to Agile principles.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives to foster team collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the IT software Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Assist in the development of user stories and case studies to enhance project understanding.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking and management.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, encouraging self-development and participation in Scrum user groups and forums.

Qualifications:
- Valid Scrum Master Certification is required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an IT Software Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
- Proven experience in the Life Insurance industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
