  • Culinary Standards: Manage culinary standards and governance, including menu engineering and cooking methodology.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, including shift management and people development.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and providers.

Requirements:

  • A 3-Year Culinary Diploma or equivalent National Culinary Qualification at a diploma level.
  • Membership with South African Chef's Association and other relevant culinary accreditation.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similarly graded hotel, restaurant kitchen environment, with at least 2 years' experience as a chef de partie.

Estimated Salary: R550,000 - R650,000 per annum.

Location: Gauteng.
