About the Role:

  • Manage and optimize paid social ads, sponsored content, and SEO strategies to drive candidate attraction.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, maintaining ongoing engagement through digital channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment, with experience in sourcing foreign language talent (preferably German and Dutch speakers).
  • Demonstrated success in social media marketing or digital recruitment campaigns.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with ATS systems and digital sourcing platforms.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills to create eye-catching content.
