Job Summary


Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Chief Learning Officer to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of learning and development programs across the company. This strategic leader will foster a culture of continuous learning, enhance employee performance, and enable the organization to adapt to the evolving business landscape.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent development, leadership training, skills enhancement, and knowledge management. They will lead the design and implementation of learning strategies aligned with the company's organizational goals and vision.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports company growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development priorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to develop their skills and competencies in line with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential talent and build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee performance management initiatives that integrate learning and development goals to drive employee performance.
  • Implement talent retention strategies, including learning opportunities that encourage career progression and job satisfaction.
  • Leverage emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning experience for employees.
  • Innovate the use of digital platforms to deliver flexible, on-demand learning solutions tailored to a geographically diverse workforce.
  • Ensure that all learning programs are data-driven, measurable, and continuously optimized for impact.
  • Design and manage systems for knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that valuable insights, best practices, and lessons learned are captured and disseminated effectively.
  • Support the development of cross-functional communities of practice to enhance collaboration and innovation.
  • Champion DEI initiatives in learning and development to ensure programs are inclusive and accessible for all employees.
  • Create learning environments that support a wide range of learning styles, backgrounds, and experiences.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the CEO and senior leadership on the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes, employee performance, and engagement.

Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you should have:



  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable learning strategies within high-growth, technology-driven organizations.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, and talent management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and build a high-performance culture.

Competitive Salary: The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
