We are a leading motorcycle dealership seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to join our dynamic team. Our company is renowned for its passion for two-wheelers and commitment to excellence, making it the ideal place for those who share our enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the workshop team to deliver exceptional performance, ensuring high standards of service and productivity.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service, fostering long-term relationships with customers and guaranteeing satisfaction.
  • Implement efficient processes and best practices to streamline workshop operations and improve turnaround times.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers regarding repairs, services, and technical support.
  • Manage technical backup and support during motorsport events, particularly Enduro competitions.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, including regular audits of work completed.
  • Oversight adherence to health and safety standards within the workshop, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities with a stable and consistent employment history, ideally in a similar role.
  • Extensive industry knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, with strong technical proficiency across various motorcycle brands and models.
  • Relevant certifications in motorcycle mechanics, workshop management, or related fields will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and management.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent customer experience, with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally.
  • Proficiency in workshop management software, inventory control, and CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Experience supporting motorsport events and understanding of the technical demands involved.
