Greek Language Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Greek language customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a representative of a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers in Greek and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Greek
- Interact with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training
- 4 weeks of fully paid training
- Probation period: 4 months
