Financial Administrator

Our client, a consultant company in engineering services, is seeking a well-experienced Bookkeeper with 3 years plus of experience in Full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance (Processing & Invoicing), Debtors, Creditors, Recons, Journals, Suppliers, and assisting with quotes and other ad-hoc admin experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping to TB / Processing of Invoices – PASTEL
- Assisted project bookkeeping – Project based (Assist procurement and costings)
- Financial & Office Administration
- Capturing invoices(customers and suppliers)
- Full Debtors and Creditors control
- Bank reconciliations & Petty Cash Control
- Financial Control – Cost related
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Assist with General Office Admin like filing, recordkeeping
- Loading of Supplier invoices for payment release
- Assist with Inventory / Stock Control
- Assist with ordering stock local and international
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 Years of Bookkeeping experience
- Full Debtors and Creditors experience – Pastel
- Experience in working for a project-based company like engineering, construction, or technical an added bonus
- General Office Administration and recordkeeping
- Working on Accounting software like Pastel
- VAT calculation and submission experience
