Job Details:Studio Manager Position

The Studio Manager will lead our Offshore Studio, responsible for managing projects from concept to execution. They will oversee the daily operations of the studio, guiding a team of design and production professionals to deliver high-quality work. The Studio Manager will ensure that all work aligns with our agency's creative vision, client objectives, and commercial goals.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Team Leadership: Guide a team of design and production professionals to drive creativity and productivity.
  3. Creative Solution Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and effective solutions that meet client objectives.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective solution development.
