We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Valuation Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating valuation engagements for the purpose of management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate strategy.

You will work closely with client personnel to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing new and creative analyses to prove key assertions across multiple work streams, and in presenting findings to clients via reports and presentations.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance or accounting, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, or national valuation firm or experience in the valuation practice of an accounting firm is also required.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, project-management, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong technical skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential.
