Clinical Trial Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of clinical trials in IQVIA Argentina. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will work closely with investigators, sites, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of trials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage trial documents, including study tools, protocols, and regulatory submissions
  • Track and report on trial progress, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with site staff to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain study budgets and financial reports
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions for investigators and site staff
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and Good Clinical Practice guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research or relevant healthcare field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and local language(s)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinical IT applications
