Safety and Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Security Manager to join our team at Integration Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety and security strategies to protect our clients, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement emergency risk management plans to mitigate potential threats and risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential safety and security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of security-related strategies, including CCTV surveillance and license plate recognition systems.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, residents, and tenants.
- Manage and coordinate security operations, including traffic management and crowd control.
- Relevant security qualification in management or a related field.
- PSIRA registered Grade A.
- At least 10 years of experience in security management, with a minimum of 2 years at a strategic level.
- Strong management and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
