  • Oversee the daily operations of the farm, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain a team of farm workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of farm operations with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve farm operations.
Requirements
  • Agricultural Diploma or Degree advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years previous farm work experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in dairy and livestock (sheep, goats, camels, buffalo, and horses) advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
