RCL FOODS seeks an experienced Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will provide analytical support and expertise as a Syspro super user.

This role is based in Pretoria West (office-based) and reports directly to the Commercial Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the business support advisor and Super User for the Syspro ERP and Reporting environment within the Baking Business Unit.

You will collaborate with the Business to identify, design, and specify application solutions that meet business requirements, and facilitate the implementation of these solutions using recognized project management methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or related relevant qualification, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Syspro.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of how IT systems integrate with daily business operations.
  • Proven track record in facilitating cross-departmental projects and business process improvement.
  • Has knowledge and proven work experience in SQL queries and Power BI.
