We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Manager to spearhead our communications strategy and elevate our organizational reputation. This pivotal role will oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive effective communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that supports organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify key messaging and channels to enhance visibility and engagement among stakeholders, including employees, management, clients, and the media.
  • Oversee internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement, alignment, and culture, including the design and management of internal communication platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage public relations efforts, including the development and dissemination of press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, clients, and the media, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication workshops and training sessions to enhance communication skills across the organization.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage potential reputational risks and serve as a spokesperson during crises, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor the communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and oversee the development of team members through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a focus on strategic communication.
