- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions, minimizing downtime.
- Verify operating safety devices function properly after repairs, modifications, and installations.
- Participate in predictive maintenance programs on all equipment to drive continuous improvement.
- Carry out breakdown, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operation.
- Maintain strong liaisons with other departments for effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspection.
- Lead apprentices and direct them for successful task completion and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area through best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance reports and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Foster understanding and application of Paint-shop process technology.
- Analyze electrical drawings (E-plan) for informed decision-making.
- Understand PLC basic logic diagrams for efficient troubleshooting and repair.
- Understand pneumatic drawings for comprehensive analysis.
- Hold a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
