The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our customized, integrated solution to our growing client base. You will work closely with our Engineering and Operations teams, as well as our third-party integration partner, to implement the designed integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client's existing workflows and systems involved
  • Implement solutions that achieve client's goals which incorporate DocFox and one of many other systems
  • Understand the integration use cases and requirements
  • Create mapping and logic documentation
  • Validate integration internally and with 3rd party engineers
  • Prepare UAT scripts and ready the client for go-Live
  • Provide ongoing integration support post go-live
Requirements
  • 5 years experience: Java development
  • Willingness to work US hours, preferably Eastern Time Zone
  • Passion for understanding technology
  • Experience creating integrations between different platforms
  • Good communication skills & excellent at problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a low data environment
  • Experience with APIs and proficiency with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.

  • Have an understanding of banking processes and banking cores
