About the Role

The Office Management Professional: Financial Division will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer, focusing on operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of operational matters and support planning and execution of key deliverables
  • Coordinate and align Group Finance activities to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify trends and opportunities for business improvement and risk management
Requirements
  • Relevant commercial or technical degree
  • Postgraduate Qualification in a relevant field (e.g. CA(SA), MBA/MBL, LLB etc)
Key Skills
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in the financial discipline
  • Experience in State-Owned Entities or development finance entities and understanding of applicable legislative and governance principles
  • Understanding of sustainable banking imperatives and environmental, social, and governance requirements
  • Appreciation of the role of the IDC and commitment to the Corporation's values
  • High-level collaboration and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships
  • Drive and determination to achieve goals
