About the Role:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to our group of companies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees
  • Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs
  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Compile and present monthly MANCO reports
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation
  • 3+ years' experience in relevant roles, including HR functions and best practices
  • At least 1-2 years' management experience
  • Proven excellence in previous endeavors
