Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud Architect and Partnership Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will design, implement, and maintain complex cloud-based systems for partnership automation.


About the Role


You will work closely with our distributed team to develop high-quality code, collaborate on project planning, and ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems. Your primary focus will be creating scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures for partnership automation.


Your Responsibilities



  • Design and implement cloud-based systems for partnership automation using various technologies such as Java 8+, Spring MVC, HTTP/Rest protocols, and build tools like Gradle/Maven.
  • Collaborate with the squad to plan, design, and implement complex integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to Agile processes and best practices.
  • Work closely with the SSO to prioritize product development and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and partnership automation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our partnership automation platform, influencing architectural decisions and inter-disciplinary dependencies.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Spring, and related technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud, and proficiency in cloud computing concepts, security, and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data lakes, as well as experience with big data processing and large-scale systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
  • Good understanding of JVM and garbage collection principles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, provident fund, internet allowance, and fitness club fee reimbursements.
