Job Title: Metal Fabrication Manager

Vine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled metal fabricators and technicians, ensuring maximum productivity and high-quality work output.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of metal fabricators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure maximum productivity and high-quality work output.
  • Allocate tasks and set priorities based on project timelines, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Metal Fabrication Manager who has at least 5 years experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. You should have strong knowledge of workshop machinery, tools, and equipment used in metal fabrication, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of skilled professionals. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
