Job Title: Fabrication Supervision Expert

Vine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervision Expert to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled metal fabricators and technicians, ensuring maximum productivity and high-quality work output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all fabricated products meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on materials, processes, and finished products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fabrication Supervision Expert who has at least 5 years experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. You should have strong knowledge of workshop machinery, tools, and equipment used in metal fabrication, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of skilled professionals. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
