We are seeking an experienced Packing Operations Director to lead our packhouse team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring that all packing meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve packing efficiency and quality.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the packhouse, including monitoring fruit volumes, managing resource allocations, and ensuring the correct usage of packing materials and procedures.
  3. Work closely with production line supervisors to address any issues related to fruit quality, sizing, and labeling.
  4. Supervise a diverse team of packers and quality control specialists to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in fruit packhouse management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
