Electrical Works Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Works Supervisor to join our team at Deel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our projects.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works performed comply with Issued for Construction (IFC) Design, Technical Specification, contractual requirements, quality, local laws and site sustainability.
Main Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Implement Quality Control Plan on site, attend to test execution when needed, and check test reports and field data to ensure quality requirements are being met.
- Criticality Detection: Monitor and track progress of electrical works activities, promptly detecting eventual criticalities or delays and proceed in problem solving by coordinating with Site Manager/Coordinator.
- Progress Monitoring: Determine if works are going according to schedule and report any deviations.
- Data Management: Provide data of daily work progress and monitoring of their execution, as well as daily manpower and crews.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional cumulative experience in an equivalent role.
- BS Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline technical diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in adverse and extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces.
