About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to plan and manage leads, interacting with potential businesses and professionals to achieve both company goals and your own objectives. You will provide bespoke financial advice to local and international clientele, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must exhibit a growth mindset underpinned by a desire to continuously learn and upskill yourself.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Achieve targets through effective planning, lead management, and engaging with potential clients.
  2. Identify and target key stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships are fostered.
  3. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking and following up on leads.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs analyses and provide comprehensive wealth planning to clients.
  5. Provide sound advice on Investments, Wealth, and Estate planning.
  6. Maintain internationally recognised customer experience.
  7. Ongoing servicing of client book.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with key clients.
Required Experience & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in a financial advisory role.
  • Financial planning and sales experience.
  • Must be in possession of an RE 5 qualification.
  • High-performing and target-driven.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A transferable book of AUM will be beneficial.
  • Offshore experience will be beneficial.
