  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
    • Manage databases, including registers and reports
    • Respond to student queries and provide timely support
    • Process orders, manage inventory, and communicate with customers
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and certifications
    • Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • National Certificate (Matric)
  • Higher Certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5) preferred

Experience:

  • Office administration or similar environment (1-2 years)
  • Customer service experience dealing with client queries and reporting (1-2 years)
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and quality assurance (1-2 years)
