We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide support to the Owner of our company.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Owner's schedule and calendar
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Owner
  • Assist with personal tasks and coordinate household activities
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and document organization
  • Act as a liaison between the Owner and other staff members, clients, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Insurance, property, transport industry background (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
