Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and manage the operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store meets or exceeds its sales goals, delivers exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the store, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet sales goals and ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and solve issues quickly, while encouraging the team to provide excellent service.
  • Set sales targets and work with the team to meet them, while monitoring sales performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty, while overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage stock levels and reduce product loss, while ensuring the store follows safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Set up promotional displays as directed by the head office, while managing store expenses and working within budget limits.
  • Handle cash, payments, and store finances accurately, while ensuring the store looks neat and displays are appealing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales analysis, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
