About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our team at People Dimension. As an Actuarial Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical input on healthcare and ancillary products and services strategies, as well as their design, development, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actuarial Support Services: Provide actuarial support services to ensure the development and implementation of effective healthcare and ancillary products and services strategies.
  • Data Analytics: Conduct data analytics to aid data-driven decision-making and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in the development of stakeholder engagement and experience models to ensure effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Research and Analysis: Oversee research and provide insight and interpretation of independent research to inform business decisions.
  • Market Segmentation: Conduct market segmentation analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the healthcare market.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc Actuarial Science, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications, presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
