HSE Controller

Job Summary:

The HSE Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all safety and environmental policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
  4. Incident Reporting and Investigation: Investigate all incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
  5. Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate these risks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
  • Desirable Qualifications: National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
