Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional in the Business Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and technically proficient administrative support to the Business Centre and its manager. This will involve enabling operational effectiveness by performing routine compliance tasks, such as physical security of premises and bank assets, maintenance of premises and physical infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field;
  • 3-4 years experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant;
  • Experience in budgeting, implementation and delivery of corporate events and/or general admin related projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
