We are looking for a Senior Estimator to prepare detailed estimates for quotations and tenders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction principles and practices and the ability to interpret technical documents.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address discrepancies in proposals, drawings, specifications, and other related documents. Strong communication skills are necessary to present prepared estimates effectively.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential for this position, as well as relevant work experience in construction estimation. Proficiency in reading architects drawings and knowledge of Bills of quantities are highly desirable.
