Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and develop tailored sales strategies to maximize brand presence.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account plans and drive business outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  4. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-level stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related field within the luxury sector.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and secure win-win partnerships.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  4. A deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, including market dynamics, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
