We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Strategist to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and develop tailored sales strategies to maximize brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account plans and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-level stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related field within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and secure win-win partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, including market dynamics, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
