Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Centre Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing centre operations, optimizing trading opportunities, and ensuring sound financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage centre operations, including leasing, marketing, and customer service;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize centre performance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Monitor centre finances and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must have 3-5 years' experience in property/centre management, minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, registration with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. A business or property-related tertiary qualification is highly recommended. Retail experience is essential.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have strong budgeting and financial management skills, excellent business writing skills, people management abilities, IT literacy (MS Office suite, SAP), and administration skills. A driver's license is also required.
