About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Bidvest Protea Coin.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and administering all documentation and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing support to the General/ Branch Manager and Contract Manager.
  • Overseeing financial management, contract management, time management, and ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the office.
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Effectively managing client complaints and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
  • Controlling manpower and staff management, procurement, and ensuring compliance to the company's disciplinary code and standard operating procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • PSIRA certification - Grade A.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the security industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO procedures.
  • CCTV/investigation and information gathering skills.
  • Basic health and safety knowledge.
  • Basic investigation skills.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Bilingual (English and other South African languages).
  • Good interpersonal and customer relations.
  • A clean disciplinary record, criminal, and credit record.
  • A valid driver's license (code 08).
  • Firearm competence (handgun and shotgun).

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
