Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Agile Master to join our team as an advanced leadership role.

This position involves supporting multiple feature teams in complex products/sub-products up to the domain level, providing key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs, and contributing significant value in relevant CoPs through active leadership.

The ideal candidate will guide the team on the use and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices, align with bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value-adding outcomes, and collaborate with product owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations.

Key responsibilities include giving structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team's Agile way of working, assessing the agile maturity of the team and organisation, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.

The successful candidate will also assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and demonstrating the status/performance of the team as a key element. Additionally, they will support the product owner with grooming processes and product backlog management, and assist with project- and team coordination tasks when required.
