Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing payroll software at client premises
  • Performing need analysis and payroll setup to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Providing consulting services to clients, including problem-solving and advice on best practices
  • Assisting clients with tax year ends and mid-year tax recon
  • Management of personnel files for individual employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in IT and/or payroll
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in service, consulting, and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
