Job Description:

This Strategic Rewards Strategist position involves designing and implementing effective reward structures that encompass employee compensation, benefits, and development. Key responsibilities include developing competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, managing reward programs, conducting regular market benchmarking, and collaborating with the Remuneration Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits plans to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Manage and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and other reward programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform compensation and benefits decisions, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and adjust reward policies as needed, ensuring best practices in remuneration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of job evaluation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and advanced compensation functionalities. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with HRIS systems are necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with GRP Certification, is highly valued.

Benefits:

As a Strategic Rewards Strategist at HR Genie, you can expect a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience, in the range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth, collaboration with a dynamic team, and a comprehensive compensation package.
