We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management processes, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the warehouse, and adhering to strict guidelines for Goods Wholesaling and Distribution Practice (GWDP) and First Expiry First Out (FIFO).
The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably with knowledge of SAP and KNAPP systems. They will also have basic product knowledge, warehousing and distribution expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Key responsibilities include capturing supplier invoices accurately and timeously onto the Warehouse Management System (WMS), generating GRNs for products received daily, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and numerical ability. The selected candidate will also be expected to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably
- Knowledge of SAP and KNAPP systems
- Basic product knowledge
- Warehousing and distribution expertise
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
