About the Role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Excellence Lead to join our team at The Staff Connection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and improving productivity across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand process changes and improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of quality-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a large manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
